Our Menu 2.200 is quite special to us. It means we focus on consistent regional sourcing and only process products from a radius of 2 to 200 kilometres maximum. For you and your guests, we use the best ingredients from our immediate vicinity, showing that the Berlin-Brandenburg region has much more to offer than many of us would guess. Short transport distances, the reduction of emissions and the use of regional products are our key criteria to protect the environment and to make your events more sustainable in the process.
