ENCOUNTERS. FOR SURE!

The planning of an event in the current times is accompanied by many new requirements in terms of hygiene & safety. In order to help you with your planned event at exactly these points, we have developed a concept for our Forum, our Plenum and our Sky Lobby, which contains the important building blocks for the realization of a safe event:
a floor plan adapted to the distance regulations, a catering concept especially for contactless consumption and a safety and hygiene concept based on current regulations.

OPEN SPACE WITH FAR VIEW

Under our airy glass sky, up to 100 people can meet in a relaxed atmosphere and meet or eat together.

CONCEPT

Find our current floor plan and our new catering packages for your lunch or dinner here. To make you and your guests feel comfortable, you will find here our hygiene measures. The rental of our forum is also possible by the hour, room rental and provision costs on request.

THE THINK TANK

Our plenary is a walk-in, spacious sculpture for up to 45 people - ideal space to develop new ideas and visions.

CONCEPT

Feel free to take a look at the floor plan and our specially created catering packages and be sure to take a look at our hygiene measures. The renting of our plenum is also possible by the hour, room rental and provision costs on request.

OUR SKY LOBBY

ABOVE THE CLOUDS

Our Sky Lobby is at the same height as the Quadriga of the Brandenburg Gate and offers space for up to 36 people.

CONCEPT

The structure of the room can be found in the floor plan. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner - you are sure to find the ideal catering packages. Of course, we also provide for more safety. Take a look at our hygiene measures. The Sky Lobby can also be rented on an hourly basis, room rental and provision costs on request.

ENCOUNTERS - THE VIDEO

Our motto at AXICA is: "nothing is more important than the personal encounter"! It is obvious that this is not an easy thing in times of special hygiene requirements. We were all the more pleased to be able to welcome "right" guests to "right" events in the past week. Of course, these events were also broadcast live on the Internet - but the difference was that, analogously, the guests walked through our house, sat on the chairs, listened to the lectures, took part in discussions. And even networking at breakfast and coffee was possible - you just have to stick to the rules.

Our little film is intended to encourage everyone to think, plan and implement present events with guests again. Because "nothing can replace face to face!"

THE LIVE CENTRAL STUDIO FOR YOUR HYBRID EVENT

The spacious and with direct daylight equipped STUDIO is in our forum. It has a studio stage with a LED back wall, basic equipment for designer and stage furniture, professional media technology and lighting, sound and image control. Particularly interesting for event planners: Thanks to the latest technology, guest speakers and experts can be connected via HD video as well as voting and Q & A sessions. On request, the studio can also be individually redesigned so that the corporate identity of a company is visible to all participants of the event. Our favorite moderator Bernhard Wolff will be happy to assist you with the conceptual design of your hybrid or digital event!

THE GUIDE TO SAFE EVENTS

The health and safety of the event participants come first. In cooperation with the visitBerlin Convention Partner e.V., visitBerlin has developed a guide for safe events during the corona pandemic.
The guideline was coordinated with the Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Business and the Senate Department for Health, Care and Equal Opportunities and recognized as a hygiene framework concept. AXICA adheres to the standards mentioned in this guide.
This version was last updated on June 27th, 2020 and adapted to the latest regulations.
