Encounters? For shure!
The event industry is still heavily affected by the effects of the Corona crisis. Although events in closed rooms are again possible from August 1, 2020 with a maximum of 500 people and from October 1, 2020 with a maximum of 1,000 people, the uncertainty on the part of planners and customers is still high in some cases. The Berlin event location AXICA at the Brandenburg Gate has been the venue and organizer of high-quality conferences and congresses as well as larger celebrations for more than 20 years. And that's how it should stay despite the current events. It is therefore quite clear that the team around managing director Marc Mundstock has dealt intensively with the current safety regulations and hygiene requirements in the past few weeks and has developed its own concept.
As a certified convention partner of visit.Berlin, the safety of all guests and employees remains the top priority in the new safety and hygiene concept. After all, every guest should feel safe and comfortable from the beginning to the end of an event and event planners should also be able to plan reliably. The newly formulated concept therefore includes, but is not limited to, the wearing of mouth and nose protection, controlled access to the location, carefully regulated wayfinding, compliance with the minimum distance in all rooms, the provision of disinfectants at the nodes of the location as well as regular Cleaning of all surfaces and good ventilation of the event rooms.
A well thought-out and strict hygiene concept in catering can also be found online. Pre-portioned meals in closed glasses, individually packaged cutlery and detailed briefings by all employees before each event, taking into account the latest information, are also part of the new preventive measures at AXICA.
