For the French morning magazine "Télématin" by France 2, a team filmed the preparation of the "capital perch" in our kitchen. The background is a reportage about new agricultural trends in big cities. Our partner ECF Farms from Berlin-Tempelhof, where the perch is raised, is represented in this report as an example company. So that the spectators not only can see the perch rearing but also their refinement, our head chef Wolfgang Keller prepared "two kinds of perch with herb salad and sea buckthorn dressing" in front of the camera.
