In the course of the audit for the Sustainable Meeting Partner Berlin, our chef Wolfgang Keller went on a search to find like-minded people with whom you can exchange ideas. Topics such as: how do I find the right suppliers and producers, who has which experience with waste prevention or how do I convey my new approach to customers and guests are equally challenging for many restaurateurs.
With "Green Chefs" in Hamburg, Wolfgang found the right contacts and many colleagues. With its own sustainability strategy, the AXICA Catering Team fully meets the high requirements and ideals of the Green Chefs and can now call itself a partner of the "Green Chefs". The Green Chefs have committed themselves to fairness and responsibility in the catering industry and want to motivate other market participants to do so. Around 500 restaurateurs across Germany are now committed to the goals of the Green Chefs and the number is increasing every day.
