CONCEPT & DIRECTION

The concept and the production process are of great importance for online and hybrid events. Unlike with live events, planning must be precise to the second but the content must be arranged in a much more thrilling and agile way. Online participants should be more involved and, above all, more active - attention is everything. The duration of digital formats has also decreased significantly: it is important to communicate the content briefly and to the point. Focusing in front of the screen is significantly more short-lived and timing, content, visual language and dramaturgy must be even more "on point". This makes it all the more important for you to adapt to these changed requirements in order to provide your online audience with a lasting digital event experience.

HYGIENE & SAFETY

The planning of an event in the current times is accompanied by many new requirements in terms of hygiene & safety. The health and safety of the event participants and the staff come first. In cooperation with the visitBerlin Convention Partner e.V., visitBerlin has developed a guide for safe events during the corona pandemic.

The guideline was coordinated with the Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Business and the Senate Department for Health, Care and Equal Opportunities and recognized as a hygiene framework concept. AXICA adheres to the standards mentioned in this guide.

GUIDE FOR SAFE EVENTS (in German)

 

In cooperation with LIMA GmbH, we offer our customers and guests corona quick tests directly before the event. Rooms, medical staff and test included. Talk to us, we will support you with the organization.
